Bell & Alexander Title Services had survived the 2008 real estate collapse. Unfortunately so had their website.
Firehouse Design coordinated with photographers and staff to reimagine a modern site that reflected their steady growth. Data indicates visitors skim, rather than read web pages; therefore we incorporated exhilirating scroll animation, bisecting elements on the home page while still facilitating easy navigation and exploration.
Next, a custom online calculator was built to satisfy compliance and enable realtors to present an accurate good faith estimate of closing costs on their phone or desktop. We had to digest data from underwriter tables by county and by price tiers. Furthermore, calculated data is passed to the Seller Net Sheet.
Finally, Bell & Alexander wanted to offer Continuing Education classes to realtors but had no way to offer online and track. Firehouse incoporated a class scheduling system that can create RSVPs, tickets, and track attendees.
