It was the height of the pandemic and the website was the sole interface with the public; we redesigned and upgraded their website to engage those seeking temporary housing and communicated new COVID policies.
Fundraising events couldn’t be held in person. So we spun up an email marketing campaign to connect with donors. Online donation channels were set up.
We crafted a password protected form for social workers to submit patient family applications. But staff wanted to vet and color code applicant records so we connected form to a Google Sheet that only Pinson staff could access.
